We collect your account email and display name via Firebase Auth, rosters/profile/match data via Firestore, and uploaded images via Firebase Storage. We also store your Stripe customer ID for subscription status. CARD DETAILS ARE HELD BY STRIPE and are never stored by Forge.

2. Processors & Data Transfers

We use third-party processors including Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, hosting) and Stripe (payments). Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA under standard safeguards provided by these processors.

3. Purposes & Lawful Bases

We process your data to provide the Forge service, manage billing, and offer support. Our lawful bases for processing include the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication/session management. We also store a local flag in your browser to remember that you have seen our beta notice. We do not use third-party ad tracking cookies.

5. Retention & Deletion

6. User Rights & Contact
