1. Service Description
Forge is an army builder and game companion for tabletop wargames, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any breach of these Terms.
3. User Content
Users may upload images (e.g., photos of miniatures they own) and create rosters and notes. By uploading content, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to that content. You grant Forge a non-exclusive licence to host and display the content within the service. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion and WILL remove content upon receipt of a valid infringement notice.
4. Complaints & Takedown

Please include an identification of the copyrighted work, the material's location on our service, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
5. Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation
Forge is an independent fan-made tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop Ltd. Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team and associated marks are trademarks of Games Workshop Ltd, used here for identification purposes only. Game data is community-contributed. Forge's own code, branding, iconography, and summaries are the property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal, effective at the end of your current billing period. Prices are in GBP. Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change features or pricing with notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, scrape or bulk export game data, reverse engineer the service, or resell access to Forge.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of data, as game data is community-maintained and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your user content.
